Right now, I’m creating a schedule for around 70 volunteers at a festival. It’s a lot of excel, there are loads of setbacks, I’m constantly beat down.

Scheduling isn’t a passion of mine. Neither is answering to people who think I’m doing a poor job when I’m trying really hard to please each and every individual that are going to create the festival.

What I’m passionate about is to create an enormous event for people to enjoy.

In order to do that, I have chosen to be passionate about the whole process behind the event. I’ve made a decision to be as passionate as possible in scheduling, in responding to the people who aren’t happy.

Passion can be an adjective. It can be the way you do things. Naturally, it’s easier with something you feel passionate about, but that’s not a necessity. It’s an option.

What’s something you can decide to do passionately today?
