Change is never unnecessary. Never.

There’s always a perceived need for change when it’s initiated. You might not see the need at all, or you might see a million reasons to why change isn’t needed.

Change is uncomfortable, at least at most times. We aren’t designed to cope with change, because if things work, they work. If we change them, they might not anymore.

With that mindset, we won’t get anywhere at all. That’s why we need change, especially in situations where things are working. Because if we manage to improve things that are already good, we’ll end up with something even better.

We need to change things. We need to fix things that aren’t broken.
