Be a batleader.

He’s the hero we deserve, not the hero we need.

Leadership has always been making decisions. Some of them tough ones. So much so that making a decision often times is more important than the decision itself.

An extreme case is the one Batman makes at the end of The dark knight, where he takes on the murder of Harvey Dent. Making him a villain in his own superhero movie.

There’s no need for you to take on the killing of other people. Just make sure to take responsibility for the choices you make. Be a leader.
