How to get much more worth out of your work.

A majority of the developed worlds’ school systems are allocating a lot of resources to making the students better at the things they’re having a tough time with. I’ve yet to hear about a system that premiers being good at something.

There are numerous problems about that, but one of the most prominent is that we’re learning to double down on the things we’re not made for when we could excel by doubling down on the things we are made to do.

What I’ve had to learn and unlearn in the past couple of years is to do the things I’m good at, the things I enjoy, and outsource the rest. Either to someone I know, or by recruiting people.

Learning that, I free up space and time to make more worth from my working hours, and potentially to make more money myself.

To solve the problems you’re facing, there are three options. 1. You solve it yourself. 2. You gain the knowledge needed to solve it yourself. 3. You hire someone to solve it for you.

I find myself often to end up in 2. and 3. How do you solve yours?
